Understand the Concept:
Despite of which demo you are using, The Fox comes with 2 footer areas called “Footer Sidebar” and “Footer Bottom”. In certain demo, you may see it being enabled or disabled. But you can always enable or disable each section as you want.
To customize your site Footer, please go to Customize > Footer panel.
Footer Sidebar
Footer Sidebar is enabled by default. If the demo you use doesn’t have it, It means it’s been disabled. To enable / disable it, please go to Customize > Footer > Footer Sidebar.
Footer Sidebar area includes 4 widget areas: Footer 1 – Footer 4. To add / remove / edit elements from those widgets, there’re 2 ways:
- Go to Customize > Widgets > Footer j for any j from 1 to 4, you’ll see widgets there of the sidebar “Footer j”.
- Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets, you’ll see all sidebar there. Find widgets Footer 1-4
Footer Bottom
Footer Bottom is enabled by default. If the demo you use doesn’t have it, It means it’s been disabled. To enable / disable it, please go to Customize > Footer > Footer Bottom.
